 FFL Transfers 

We  will be glad to accept out of state or out of area FFL transfers if,  and only if the firearm is California Compliant.  We play by the rules.   No exceptions.  Please don't ask, this is what we do for a living and  we like our jobs!!

Enter this number as you see it here:      9-77-XXX-XX-XX-01209

 firearms division.  If the firearm is not California compliant, we will send the firearm back to the originating dealer.
 

Simply click on our "Contact Us" tab here on the site, and please provide us with the following:
 

1.  Your First and Last name
2.  Advise us of the FAX number for the other dealer.  Most dealers have our FFL, check with them.
3.  Provide us with the other dealer's name and contact person
4.  Provide us with your invoice or reference number
 

We check our notification system several times a day.  Please do not  send multiple requests.  We will not CC you on your email request. 
 

WE WILL NOT SEND OUR FFL TO A NON-FFL HOLDER.
 

Why? Because you would not hand out your driver's license or SSN to a stranger, would you??  Same deal for us.
 

If your dealer or other party wants to check our FFL, they can do it via the ATF's web site.
 

When your dealer ships us your firearm, ask the dealer for a tracking number.  Track your package. 
 

When your package arrives at our shop, please do not call or show up seconds after it arrives. 
 

We receive several guns a day, several times a day, AND we wait on our  customers.  Please give us time to log your firearm in and label it  correctly so we do not deliver your gun to someone else.
 

Tuesdays at 11 am is not advisable to show up to register your gun,  because this is the busiest time of the week, as we are closed on  Sunday, and Monday.  If you show up on Tuesday morning when the shop  opens, you may have an extended wait.
 

Then we can register your new toy to you.  We cannot register your firearm to you until we have the firearm in our possession. 
 

Please make sure you know what you need to register your firearm, and  make sure you bring it with you.  We hate to see someone drive from a  far away place, and we have to turn them away because they did not bring  the appropriate documentation.  It hurts our feeling.  (We have only  one feeling).
